A blend made just for us, Cuvee Isabel is an exploration into the world of sake blending. Utilizing 55% milled Yamadanishiki from 2018, 2019 and 2020 along with a bit of Wataribune (Junmai Daiginjo) and Ginfubuki (Junmai), Cuvee Isabel is a sterling example of creating depth, balance and complexity through blending different batches.
