“Muryozan 30” receives its name from the former temple where Heiwa Shuzo now lies. Using Grade A Yamadanishiki from Hyogo and a milling rate of 30%, this sake requires a very sophisticated and delicate technique for every step in the brewing process. Heiwa Shuzou puts fort every ounce of energy to brew this sake to be utterly flawless. Muryozan 30 is elegant, soft and incredibly well-balanced. LIMITED
