Akabu Junmai is layered with aromas of white peach and banana. The slight sweetness on the palate is balanced by bright acidity, round umami and a refreshing bitterness reminiscent of grapefruit. An incredibly well crafted sake that tantalizes your senses.

 

Best Served: Chilled or room temperature.
